We are currently in the process of buying our first home and our local estate agent, Joseph Parker, has been amazing. He's incredibly quick to reply, informative and always happy to help. He has offered to get us in touch with their mortgage adviser, however since I work in the industry this isn't necessary, nevertheless he has been on the ball at all times. We have requested to view again so family can have a look round the property and he's straight away got us booked in. Overall, we are very impressed with his attentiveness so far. We would highly recommend.
