Angela currently lives in Kirkennan, near Palnackie but looking to downsize. She was born and schooled in Dumfries, leaving in 1983 for university in Edinburgh to study law but after working in hospitality in the UK and abroad during summer holidays pursued her initial career in this sector. She subsequently spent 30 years away from home, living in Edinburgh, Cheshire, North Wales, Herts and then greater London latterly Surrey, before returning home in 2014, as close to her beloved Colvend coast as she could manage at that time. With 30 years experience in local government finance, she retrained in 2020 for a new career in estate agency and has never looked back, winning YOPA accolades every year since and passing the Rightmove CELA Level 3 qualification in 2024. To date she has sold over 800 properties with YOPA DG, often for significantly over Home Report Value and within a matter of days. 'It is such an achievement to support people in reaching their own individual property related goals whether its buying, selling or both and such a pleasure to live in this stunning part of the world, although I do love to travel and continue to broaden my horizons.
